2. The Terms & Conditions of Use (“Conditions”) govern the terms of use of the SotoGo website.
3. We legally own a wide range of intellectual property rights used in the SotoGo website
   1. The contents of our business-listings directory database (the “Database”);
   2. Some design, text, graphics and other content of the SotoGo website together with the web addresses associated with those web pages, other than those which we use under licence;
4. SotoGo also contains information from third-party organisations who have their own terms and conditions. These companies include:

Should you provide any material explicitly to SotoGo (for example by sending us photography, commenting or posting content or uploading any other content) you agree to grant us permission, irrevocably and free of charge to use your material in any way we choose on the website or otherwise (including altering or adapting it for operational or editorial reasons) in any media worldwide which may include syndicating the material to selected third party social media sites.
15. When you provide material to SotoGo you continue to own that material and retain the right to use that material in any way you choose.
16. Please consider carefully any material you share with SotoGo. The material will be available for public viewing.  It is your responsibility and by forwarding the material to SotoGo you confirm you and the material comply with all the obligations set out in these conditions, and in particular that:

    • That you have the right to give us permission to use if for all purposes and that such use will not infringe the copyright, database right, trade mark, privacy or other rights of a third party.
    • That your material in not liable to mislead others or otherwise be detrimental to our good name and reputation.
    • That your material is free from computer viruses, malware or any code that might damage, interfere or affect the operation of the website.
    • Where the material is intended to promote your business or service, you will clearly and openly state your association with this business.
    • You will not falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other notices, designators or labels.

We operate a notice and take down policy regarding such material.  If you notice any material that you feel does not comply with clause 16 then please notify us immediately admin@sotogo-6-2.northx.co.uk including a link to the material that concerns you.  We will then review this material and, when deemed appropriate, act to remove the material within a reasonable time.

Limits to Our Liability

    • Loss of opportunity.
    • Loss of goodwill.
    • Loss of reputation.
    • Loss of, or damage to or corruption of data or software.
    • Wasted expenditure.
    • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage however caused.
27. If we do not keep to these Terms & Conditions we will only be liable for losses you have suffered as a direct result. We are not liable to you for any other loss whether they are because we have not kept to our obligations or contract, our negligence, due to defamatory statements or liability for a product or service or otherwise a result of:

    • Not be able to use the SotoGo website
